KEEN London is the only charity in London which offers one-to-one sports and recreational opportunities for children and young adults with special needs (our 'athletes'), and their siblings, at no cost to their families and caregivers.

Taking part in sports and recreational activities promotes physical development and co-ordination, helps develop social skills and encourages teamwork.

Because we don't charge for KEEN sessions, we rely on the generosity of donors and sponsors. Find out how you can help fund KEEN or donate now using the button at the top of the page.
Many KEEN London athletes have been excluded from other sporting organisations because the level of support offered is not enough to cope with their needs.

At our weekly sessions, run by experienced session leaders, each athlete is paired with a volunteer coach for individual support, so that he or she can access activities to the best of his or her abilities.

It takes a large number of volunteer coaches to maintain this level of support. To become a volunteer, you don't need any previous experience or sporting ability — just the enthusiasm to get involved. Find out how to help and have fun by becoming a volunteer.
