How do you volunteer?

Becoming a KEEN London volunteer is easy, rewarding, very worthwhile and above all great fun!

  1. First fill in the application form online
  2. You will be sent status emails of how your application is going.
  3. During the processing we will contact your referee and you may be asked for your CV.
  4. Once we hear back from your referee, you will be added to our mailing list, provided with an induction pack and invited to your first session.

If you have a current DBS Form (formerly CRB form) bring this along to your first session. If not please collect an application form to bring completed to your second session.

Once your application is complete, you will receive weekly emails about the upcoming sessions. Respond to these if you are able to attend that week. If you can’t make the session you don’t need to respond to our email.

At your first session along with the 45 minutes of training, you will be paired with an athlete and another experienced coach to help support you.

KEEN Coaches must be 16 or over. Other than that you do not need any qualifications, just a sense of fun! Once you begin with us, for child protection reasons, you will be asked to complete a DBS check (Formerly CRB Enhanced Disclosure) and agree to abide by our code of practice as taught during our induction and training sessions.

Keep up with sessions and each other on the KEEN London facebook group!
