Dear Athletes, Coaches, Parents and Caregivers, At all times the health and safety of our children, volunteers and staff is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore we have taken the decision to close all sessions until further notice. All sessions are now cancelled and our staff are working from home. I’m so grateful to KEEN London doing all they can to stay in touch with my son and other young people who are going through the same thing. The excitement on his face when he gets a call or joins a live session is priceless, thank you for creating some form of normality in this state of abnormality!
Tami enjoyed it as ever and happy to know there was another session tomorrow. Thanks so much to you and the rest of the team for providing these fantastic sessions as they make a real difference.
I want to say thank you for persevering with Jamie today. He doesn’t have the social skills which facilitate conversation, and his focus is poor. It can feel very uphill sometimes. It has been a very tough week so your “ session “ was a much needed boost for him. Thank you so much for your efforts.
Thanks to all of you at Keen for giving me as a parent, an opportunity to say how grateful we are for the respite we get every Saturday. It has transformed our Saturday’s. We started coming to the session at the start of 2014 and we have rarely missed any sessions. My daughter who has autism and muscle dystrophy enjoys going and looks forward to the jam packed activities which are always fun and talks about them endlessly. The coaches are all very experienced and help the kids and encourages them to get involved or just talk to them and listen. In the summer my daughter went to her first residential trip for 2 days. She had so much fun and still talks about it to this day. They also went to the Aquarium and soft play. Thank you all for your support.
