Run to the Beat Half Marathon — Sunday 26 September 2010

KEEN London's annual fundraising event this year is the Run to the Beat Half Marathon.
With lots of time to prepare, this is the perfect event for you to get in-shape for the beach or that BBQ summer we will hopefully have. Or it might even be that challenge you've been secretly yearning for to show the world what you're made of.
Get involved!
If this interests you, or somebody else you know then please get involved. To run for KEEN London you agree to fundraise the following:
- £100 – for students/unwaged
- £200 – for those in full time employment
In return you will receive an entry place into the half marathon and KEEN London racing vest. We can also set up an online fundraising page to promote to your friends and family (see below).
We ask upfront for £100 deposit, which will be paid back to you when you reach your fundraising target. Should you be unable to make your target or have to pull out of the event, your money will not be refunded. Unfortunately entries are non-transferable.
Of course we would love to raise as much as possible, so try to do better than the minimum amount! To add some encouragement there are prizes for the following:
- The runner (in full time employment) who raises the most money:
Two nights for 2 adults at the Carton house and Golf Leisure (4 Stars) in Dublin
- The runner (student/unwaged) who raises the most money:
Two nights for 2 adults at the Cedar Court Grand (4 Stars) in York
Steps to entering:
- Email cameron@keenlondon.org or phone 0207 250 0012 to confirm you would like to enter
- Complete the “KEEN London registration form” and send it back and either transfer £100 into our account or post it with a cheque.
- You’ll then be given a code to use on the run to the beat online entry.
- Simply go click here and enter
- Send us a receipt or confirmation email
- We can then set you up with a “bmycharity” fundraising page. Click below to see a list of our current runners

If running is not for you then you could help the runners fundraise and of course on the day we’ll need a team of super supporters to get them through the course.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Being an avid runner I'm also more than happy to help you out with a training programme.
Here's the route this year.
Happy training – Cameron |
